By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the c k444 platform available at c-k444.im, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the c k444 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the c k444 platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered through the c k444 platform, including but not limited to: live cricket betting, sports pre-match betting, the casino lobby, live dealer tables, slot games, Boat of Fortune, Fortune Horse, and all promotional offers. Each product may also be subject to supplementary product-specific rules, which are published on the relevant product page and form part of these terms.

c k444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the core terms of the betting and gaming service — c k444 will notify registered players via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice upon next login. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether in the same name, under different names, or using different payment methods or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where c k444 identifies duplicate accounts, all associated accounts may be suspended, any pending withdrawals cancelled, and bonus winnings voided. The permitted account will be returned to the balance it held before any bonus activity that benefited from the duplicate account arrangement.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your c k444 login credentials. All c k444 player accounts are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, symbol ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in BDT. c k444 does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.

The following deposit and withdrawal methods are accepted at c k444:

Withdrawal requests via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. c k444 reserves the right to apply enhanced verification checks to withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our fraud detection systems. During such checks, processing times may be extended.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. c k444 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in names other than the registered player's name, or to payment methods not previously used to fund the account (subject to verified exceptions processed through customer support). These controls exist to protect players against fraud and to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

All bets placed on the c k444 platform — whether on cricket, other sports, live dealer tables, slots, or specialty games — are subject to the general rules set out in this section and any supplementary product-specific rules published on the relevant game or market page. In the event of a conflict between these general rules and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product only.

Bet placement and confirmation: A bet is not accepted until c k444's system has confirmed it and issued a bet receipt with a unique reference number. A bet that has been placed but not yet confirmed — for example due to a network interruption between your device and c k444's servers — is not a valid bet and will not be honoured. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been confirmed before acting on the assumption that they are live.

Odds and market changes: In-play cricket betting odds are updated in real time. c k444 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time — including during live matches — due to events on the field, data feed issues, or risk management requirements. Any bet placed on a suspended market will be voided and the stake returned to your account balance.

Void bets: A bet may be voided — and the original stake returned — in circumstances including but not limited to: the event being abandoned before the market's result can be determined; manifest errors in odds (see below); the market being closed in error; or a technical failure that affected the integrity of the bet.

Manifest error policy: c k444 takes reasonable steps to ensure that all published odds, prices, and payouts are accurate. However, in the event of a manifest error — defined as an obvious and palpable mistake in an odds price or payout rate that no reasonable person could have believed to be intentional — c k444 reserves the right to void affected bets or to correct the error and settle at the corrected odds, at c k444's reasonable discretion. This policy applies regardless of whether the error was in your favour or against it.

Casino games: All casino games (slots, live dealer, Boat of Fortune, Fortune Horse) use certified random number generators or live dealer mechanics supplied by our licensed studio partners. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each slot title are available in the game information panel within the casino lobby. c k444 does not manipulate game outcomes.

c k444 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with Bangladesh Premier League fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other calendar events. Each bonus is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who have a verified c k444 account in good standing. Players who have been flagged for bonus abuse or who hold multiple accounts are not eligible for any bonus.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the c k444 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and bonus winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where required:

• Registering more than one c k444 account in any name or using any payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at registration or during verification.
• Using another person's identity, payment account, or financial credentials to register or fund a c k444 account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or any other illegal source.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or random number generators through software exploits, data interception, or any other technical means.

• Deliberately exploiting manifest errors in odds or payouts rather than reporting them to c k444 support.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a way that c k444 determines to be abusive.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing c k444 staff or other platform users in any communication channel.

c k444 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems that monitor account and transaction activity continuously. Where suspicious activity is identified, c k444 may — without prior notice — place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests, restrict betting access, or suspend the account pending investigation. c k444 will endeavour to complete investigations promptly and will communicate the outcome to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your c k444 account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to standard identity verification. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

Suspension or closure by c k444: c k444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where c k444 reasonably determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
• Continuing to operate the account would create legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for c k444.
• The player has provided false information during registration or verification.

Where an account is closed by c k444 due to breach of these terms, c k444 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation, and to forfeit bonus-derived winnings in their entirety. Any legitimate real-money balance (deposited funds not associated with fraudulent activity) will be returned to the player after investigation, net of any losses c k444 has suffered as a result of the breach.
